Social media management in Connecticut
Social media management in Connecticut
Strategy-driven content that builds trust, visibility and leads. Most businesses do not struggle because they need to post more. They struggle because there is no strategy behind the content.
Social media management built around your business
Our management service is designed to clarify your message and positioning, create content that speaks to the right audience, build consistency without burning you out, and turn attention into trust, and trust into action.
This is not about chasing trends. It is about building a presence that compounds.
What social media management includes
Every business is different, but our approach is consistent: strategy first, content second, execution always. We do not just manage accounts. We manage direction.
Content planning
A plan aligned with your business goals.
Strategic posting schedules
Quality over volume.
Short-form video and visuals
Video and visual content created for your accounts.
Human captions
Caption writing that sounds human, not corporate.
Brand-consistent look
Visuals and messaging that stay on brand.
Platform optimization
Tailored for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more.
Ongoing refinement
Adjustments based on performance and feedback.
Questions before you decide?
Tell us what you want to make and where it will be used. We will talk through the plan with you.
Our approach: strategy before posting
Before we talk about posting frequency or platforms, we focus on three things.
1. Positioning
What do you want to be known for, and why should someone choose you over alternatives?
2. Audience intent
Who are you trying to reach, and what do they care about right now?
3. Content purpose
Every piece should build trust, demonstrate expertise, start a conversation or support a buying decision.

Looking for a social media agency in Connecticut?
Many businesses search for a social media agency when what they want is someone to take over their accounts. That is what this page covers: a team that plans, publishes and refines your content on a steady rhythm, with creative that reflects your brand.
What sets our approach apart is production. Because we are a photo and video studio, the content on your accounts can be filmed and photographed properly, not assembled from stock images and templates. We confirm the scope of what we manage with you before work begins.
Management, production or strategy: which do you need?
If you are comparing services, this is how our three social media pages differ.
Production: making the content
Photo and video shoots that give your website, social accounts and ads something good to use. This is the creation of the assets.
Management: publishing it, month after month
Ongoing posting, captions and refinement across your accounts, so the content actually reaches people on a steady rhythm.
Strategy: deciding what to say and where
Audience, message and platform choices worked out before anyone films or posts. Useful when the direction is still unclear.
Who this is for, and who it is not for
A good fit: you want social media to support real business growth, you care about brand perception and quality, you are tired of inconsistent posting or DIY burnout, and you want a partner, not just a scheduler.
Not a good fit: you want viral hacks with no foundation, you only focus on follower count, or you want cheap, high-volume content with no strategy.
We are here to build something sustainable, not inflate vanity metrics.
Platforms we manage
We do not force you onto every platform. We focus on where your audience pays attention, and each platform has a different role.
Instagram
Brand building and engagement.
TikTok
Reach and discovery.
YouTube
Short-form and long-form video for authority and longevity.
Why businesses choose us
Strategy comes before execution. Content is created with intent, not templates. Visual quality matters, especially for premium brands. We understand storytelling, not just algorithms.
We come from a background of content creation, video and brand storytelling, so your social presence feels real, professional and aligned.
What to expect when you reach out
We do not jump straight into selling packages. First we learn about your business and goals, look at what is currently working and what is not, and identify opportunities for clarity, growth and leverage.
If it makes sense to move forward, we outline a plan that fits your brand, not a generic retainer.
A typical month, from planning to posting

The rhythm is agreed with you. Confirm in your scope who does each step and when.
Planning call
We review what is coming up in your business and how last month's posts went.
Content calendar
A draft schedule of topics, formats and platforms, shared for your comments.
Filming days and editing
Photo and video are made in planned sessions, then edited into the pieces on the calendar.
Drafts and approvals
You see captions and visuals before they are scheduled, unless you agree otherwise in writing.
Scheduling and publishing
Approved items are scheduled and published according to the calendar.
Review
At the end of the cycle we look at what was posted and what to change next.
Approvals: who, how fast, and what if it is late
Decide who approves before the first draft. One named person is easier than a group, with a backup for absences. Agree how drafts are sent, how feedback is given, and how long review normally takes.
Also settle what happens when approval is late: hold the post, move it to a later slot, or publish a pre-approved fallback. Write it down, so nobody is surprised by a gap or an unreviewed post.
Reporting you can ask for
Reporting covers what was published and what to do next. We do not promise results or specific metrics. Agree the form, the schedule and who receives it.
- A summary of what was published and where.
- Notes on which posts the platforms show people responded to, and what that may mean for planning.
- Access to the platforms' own insight tools, if you want to look yourself.
Your accounts stay yours
The business should keep ownership of its accounts and handles. Passwords stay under your control, and access is best given through each platform's own permission tools, so it can be removed at any time. Keep a record of who holds administrator rights.
Content and file ownership and usage rights are separate questions. Agree in writing who owns the photos and videos made for your accounts, where they may be used, and what happens to the files if the service ends.
How filming days feed the calendar
Because we are a photo and video studio, one planned shoot can supply content for many posts. We plan from the calendar backward, so we know which scenes, locations and people each post needs. How many pieces one session feeds depends on the topic, people and formats, so ask for it to be described in the scope. Clips and stills can come from the same day.
What may not be included unless agreed
Ask about each of these and get the answer in writing.
- Paid ad management or ad spend.
- Replies to comments and direct messages.
- Crisis response or reputation repair when negative feedback appears.
- Extra shoots or edits beyond the agreed plan.
- Platforms not listed in the plan.
Comments and messages
Someone needs to answer people who respond. Options: your team replies, we draft replies for your approval, or a rule for what gets forwarded to you. Agree what counts as urgent and who is told. Questions about orders, health, money or complaints usually need someone inside the business.
Regulated industries

If your field has advertising or privacy rules, such as healthcare, legal or financial services, check with your compliance or legal contact before posting. Tell us what must be reviewed and who signs off, and we will build the approval step around it.
Pause, change and end terms
Ask how the arrangement can be paused, changed or ended, and have those terms in the contract. Points to cover: notice, scheduled posts, handover of files and access, and what is delivered if you stop mid-month.
Which social media page is which?
This page is ongoing management: planning, publishing and refining. Strategy covers planning on its own, such as positioning and audience. Social media production covers photo and video for your accounts.
What to ask before you start
Bring these to the first conversation. The answers shape the plan and the quote.
- Which accounts and platforms you have now, and who currently has access.
- Who on your side approves content, and who backs them up.
- How quickly your team can usually review a draft.
- What you want reported, how often, and to whom.
- Whether you need help with comments and messages, or will handle them.
- Any rules from your industry that affect what can be posted.
- Which people, places and products can appear on camera.
- Brand assets, logos and photos you can supply.

Common questions
Do you take over our passwords?
Your accounts stay yours. Passwords remain under your control, and we suggest using each platform's own permission tools where available. Agree access in writing.
What do you report to us?
That is agreed with you. Options include a summary of what was published and a review conversation. We do not promise results or specific numbers.
Who owns the photos and videos?
Ownership and usage rights are agreed in writing before work starts, along with what happens to the files if the service ends.
Is ad management part of this?
Not unless it is agreed. Ask about it when you discuss scope and have the answer written into the quote.
What if we want to stop for a while?
Pause and end terms belong in the contract. Ask how notice works and what happens to scheduled posts and files.
Do you manage accounts for me?
Yes. Scope depends on your goals, so we start with a conversation about your business before outlining a plan.
Which platforms do you work on?
Commonly Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, chosen by where your audience pays attention.
